Questions clients ask
- Does the service include design and coordination with the competent authorities?
- Yes. We start from the site study and the preparation of the engineering, architectural, structural and electromechanical drawings, then coordinate with the competent authorities to satisfy the regulatory requirements before construction starts.
- How is the integrity of the tanks and piping networks confirmed?
- Tanks are supplied and installed to the approved specifications, the networks are executed with their insulation and leak-protection systems, and pressure tests are then run to verify the integrity of every connection.
- Are the electromechanical works carried out under the same contract?
- Yes. The works include the fuel dispensers and control systems, electrical and lighting installations, ventilation and air conditioning, and the fire-fighting, alarm and security surveillance systems, all within the turnkey scope.
- When is the station considered ready for handover?
- Once the internal and external finishes are complete and all systems have been tested and confirmed operationally efficient, the station is handed over ready to run to the highest quality and safety standards.
What the service covers

Our methodology
-
01
Studies and planning
Site study and operating requirements, preparation of the drawings, and coordination with the competent authorities to satisfy the regulatory requirements.
-
02
Infrastructure works
Excavation, backfilling and site levelling, concrete bases, drainage networks and underground service runs.
-
03
Tanks and piping networks
Installation of the fuel tanks, piping networks and leak-protection systems, with pressure testing of every connection.
-
04
Civil and architectural works
The station building and service building, metal canopies, dispensing areas, sidewalks and internal roads.
-
05
Electrical and mechanical systems
Fuel dispensers, control systems, electrical and lighting works, air conditioning, and fire, alarm and surveillance systems.
-
06
Finishes and testing
Finishes completed and all systems tested, with the station handed over ready for operation to the agreed quality and safety standards.
