Project to build warehouses in Jeddah Smart City

The company implemented a project to establish two warehouses with a total area of 10,000 square meters, starting From foundation work until final delivery, according to the highest standards of quality and safety. Implementation stages included:  Surveying and site preparation works.  Carrying out excavation, backfilling and concreting works for foundations.  Supply and installation of the metal structure of warehouses.  Implementing ceilings, walls and insulation works.  Installation of industrial doors, ventilation and lighting systems.  Implementation of electrical and mechanical works and water and drainage networks.  Industrial flooring and final finishing works.  Conduct testing and operation and ensure project readiness before delivery. The project was completed according to the specified schedule, while adhering to the technical specifications and quality requirements, and delivered to the customer ready for operation.
